The following are the packages offered by Mad Fitt:

Meal Planning

Each Meal Plan Package includes 2 meal plans (one to start with, and one after 2-3 weeks depending on how the first one is going). A food substitution list will also be emailed out, which includes additional options for every food that will be included in your program- $200

Fitness Programming

 Depending of what kind of fitness programming you are looking for, Mad Fitt offers a few different options. They are as follows:

Basic: For people starting out, or trying to maintain their basic fitness level. This package includes 12 workouts (3 workouts a week for 4 weeks)- $150

Fitness: For people who make time for working out a minimum of 4 times a week, and who are looking to improve their overall fitness. This package includes 20 workouts (5 workouts a week for 4 weeks)- $250

Elite: This program is for fitness fanatics, and people looking for sport-specific training. This package includes 24 workouts, tailored to each individual based on goals (6 workouts a week for 4 weeks, including cardio, weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, etc.)- $300
